I. GENERAL DISCLAIMERS
I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time. The terms outlined here may vary slightly depending on the type of commission discussed. Please contact me to discuss any commission work.
II. PAYMENT & FEES
Payment is due in full upfront unless discussed otherwise. (Commissions $150+ may be eligible for payment plans.)
Payment is accepted through Cashapp, Venmo, square invoice, or PayPal (for a small extra fee.) Payment must be made within 24 hours of commission. Additional fees will be charged for excessive or major revisions (see “Revisions” below).III. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
1. Provide multiple clear reference images of the character/subject. (For descriptions I may charge an additional fee depending on complexity.)
2. Client will communicate clearly and respond in a timely manner.3. Maintain professional conduct throughout the commission process.4. Assume responsibility for any important information and descriptions/references you fail to provide me if it results in my inability to complete your commission to your full satisfaction.5. Carefully read through the ToSIV. PROCESS & ARTIST OBLIGATIONS
1. Upon completion of digital commissions you will be sent the full resolution file and a smaller resized version for posting or use. For physical commissions after completion the client will be sent the finished piece. Working file may be requested for the clients personal backup.
2. I start with a rough sketch before beginning work. I may send a sheet of various poses or sketches for the client to choose from. Revisions in this stage are free.3. Once approved I will move onto cleaning up the sketch/lining, coloring, shading, and finalizing your work. The client will receive WIPs during each stage during the process listed above.4. Deadlines must be discussed and agreed upon prior to the start of the commission to protect the artist and the client. If not the client will be given a time frame for completion.5. If there’s an issue impacting a clients commission or completion time they will be notified immediately. If the client is not notified they're entitled to a refund. (See “Refund policy” below)

V. REFUND POLICY
If over 31 days has passed without progress or updates you are entitled to request a full refund.
After 50% of work is complete you may be entitled to a partial refund. Once 75% of commission is completed no refund will be issued unless above conditions are met and no contact is received from the artist. I reserve the right to cancel and refund your commission at any point, if a client is refunded and work is canceled you may request to know why. You may not file a chargeback against me after you have given approval of the artwork. Client will attempt to discuss a refund before attempting a chargeback. If refunded, the client does not retain usage rights to the work or posting rights. The image may be reworked and posted without the clients character(s) present or may be used within my personal portfolio even if not completed.VI. COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY
I, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works.
I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media. The client also reserves the right to post completed work on their sites or social media. I reserve the right to stream, record, and upload videos of the creative process The characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners. For commercial use, you must purchase the rights from me or discuss it with me prior as producing commercial work may be done at an additional fee. Crediting me is required when using the work in any form commercially.You may use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:
1. To print the work for personal use. (I prefer if you ask me before doing so)
2. Crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, etc.
3. Use the artwork as reference.
Post the artwork on social media or any sites the client has as long as the work isn't being profited off of by the client (unless discussed prior)
You may NOT use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:
1. Claim the artwork as your own.
2. Remove my signature.
3. Paint over or otherwise alter the artwork without consulting/nofitying myself, the artist first.
4. Color in my sketches or lineart without prior discussion.
5. Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.
6. Reproduce the work commercially without purchasing the rights from me.
